Products and Warranty

The buyer acknowledges that all parts sold come from classic car warehouses or are small-scale reproductions. It is absolutely necessary to check the parts immediately and verify proper functioning in accordance with professional standards. SCR Sagl declines any responsibility in the event of abnormal functioning of the spare part. Electrical and electronic parts are excluded from any form of warranty. In the case of goods sold with a factory warranty, liability is assumed only to the extent that the replacement is carried out by the manufacturer. Liability for consequential damages is not accepted. The liability period is limited to 6 months from receipt of goods. This period is a statute of limitation and also applies to claims for consequential damages. Different legal provisions regarding product warranty are not affected by these conditions.

Contract Purpose and Definition

A distance sales contract refers to the legal transaction for the sale of movable goods and/or services concluded between the supplier, SCR Sagl, and the consumer-customer within a distance selling system organized by the supplier using remote communication technology. All contracts will be concluded directly through telephone, mail, or the consumer’s access to the website www.partscollector.com, where, by following the indicated procedures, the purchase contract will be finalized. These sales conditions remain effective until modified by the supplier. Any changes will be effective once published on this document and the website and will apply to sales concluded from that moment onwards.

Seller’s Responsibility

SCR Sagl assumes no responsibility for service failures due to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes, earthquakes, floods, and similar events that prevent execution of the sales contract. SCR Sagl will not be liable for damages, losses, or costs resulting from non-execution of the contract due to the above causes, with the consumer entitled only to a refund of the price paid. Transport costs and risks remain the sole responsibility of the customer in cases such as refusal of delivery, absence during working hours, or refusal to pay in case of cash-on-delivery. SCR Sagl is not liable for damages during transport, nor for any fraudulent use of checks or other payment methods by third parties. SCR Sagl is unable to verify the legal origin of payment instruments presented at the time of delivery.

Buyer’s Obligations

The consumer undertakes to print and keep a copy of these general conditions once the purchase procedure is completed. Entering false or third-party data during registration is strictly prohibited. Product availability is not guaranteed in real time. In case of order or quotation request, we will inform you about available items and estimated delivery times. Remaining items from incomplete orders must be reordered unless otherwise requested.

Payment Methods

For purchases by phone, online cart, or email, the following methods are available: - Bank transfer (shipment only after payment confirmation). - Credit card (a secure link will be sent via email; a 3% surcharge may apply). - Cash upon pickup at our warehouse (exceptional cases only).

Return of Goods

In case of withdrawal or replacement, a penalty equal to 25% of the merchandise value will be applied. The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 10 business days of delivery, subject to conditions (e.g. items must be intact, not electrical, unused, and returned in original packaging at customer’s expense). Custom or made-to-order products cannot be returned. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 30 days after inspection, minus penalties. The right lapses if products are incomplete, damaged, or customized. In such cases, goods will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Complaints

Complaints for incorrect or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt by email (info@partscollector.com). A detailed claim with purchase data must follow within 10 days. Otherwise, claims are void. SCR Sagl is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or financial losses. Liability exclusions also apply to employees and agents unless caused by willful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury. For support, contact info@partscollector.com.

Acceptance of Sales Conditions

Once an order is placed, whether by phone, email, or online, all these sales conditions are considered accepted.
